PRJSC "PREMIER PALACE HOTEL" management informs that the hotel continues its daily work. There are no organizational obstacles that could affect the fulfilment of obligations to the hotel partners and guests.
Hotel administration and shareholders will defend their legal rights because the court's decision regarding PRJSC "PREMIER PALACE HOTEL" is unfounded and based on unreliable information.
The hotel ownership structure information is open and published in all official registers. The final beneficiaries of the PRJSC "PREMIER PALACE HOTEL" are citizens of the European Union countries.
The FINANCIERE Group, which owns PRJSC PREMIER PALACE HOTEL, and the shareholders unequivocally condemn Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, launched in 2014 which is in violation of all existing principles of international law and democratic world values.
The FINANCIERE Group has assisted in the protection and support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, territorial defence forces, temporarily displaced persons, and hospitals spending over UAH 93 million since February 24. We support Ukraine in this difficult time with all the means at our disposal. We will continue to do this in the future.
